Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order by the cut off time, as mentioned during the final order, that will cost you 10% of the total amount charged including shipping and payment gateway charges, and the balance will be stored as money credits in your account. For canceling the order you need to log in with your User Id and then cancel it.

From the time you place your order till 3:00 PM next day you have the cut off time where you can cancel the order by log in in with your user id.

In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as a Store Credit, which can be used on future purchases.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Jodhpur Sweets will not accept any cancellation once the cut off time has lapsed.

Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Jodhpur Sweets.

Refund Policy

JODHPUR SWEETS offer refund only for the following two conditions:
1) If the product is not received even after 10 working days (Saturday & Sunday Excluded ).
2) Product lost while shipping.

Please make sure that you intimate us at-least 2 days before the mentioned time frame, In the meantime please call your local courier hub and inquire about the status of your parcel too by tracking the code of courier given at the time of booking shipment confirmation. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

JODHPUR SWEETS cannot offer refund for the following reasons:

  1. Shipment cannot be delivered because of the Recipient unavailability or wrong address.
  2. Shipment cannot be delivered due to premises locked.
  3. Shipment cannot be delivered because of the Wrong contact number, unreachable contact number and no-reply contact number.
  4. Wrong orders placed by the customer and once the product is shipped.
  5. If recipient refused to accept the products.
  6. User didn't intimate us in the mentioned time frame.

Refund settlement

The payment refund process will take 5-7 Working days. At any circumstances, 10 % of the total ordered value will be charged from the customer as settlement Fees.
